Call For Papers: Upcoming Issues

The Journal of Animal Rights Law (JARL) is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing critical, interdisciplinary, and comparative scholarship on the rights and legal status of non-human animals.

We warmly invite scholars, practitioners, and advocates to submit original manuscripts contributing to the development of animal rights law and theory at the domestic, regional, and international levels.

The JARL accepts submissions in English, French, and Spanish, reflecting our commitment to fostering a global and transnational dialogue on animal rights law.

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.

We welcome a wide range of contributions, including:

• Research articles
• Case commentaries
• Student papers and dissertations
• Book reviews
• Opinion pieces
• Conference proceedings

Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts via our online submission platform at www.jarlaw.org. All submissions must comply with our Author Guidelines. The JARL follows OSCOLA.
